It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand their local, state, and federal laws before ordering an airgun. Consult local, state, and/or federal authorities to be certain you are not breaking any laws by ordering and/or possessing an airgun.

(Many state and local laws prohibit the sale and possession of airguns. We do not ship to Bronx, Brooklyn, Buffalo, Long Island City, Manhattan, Queens, New York City, and Staten Island New York due to local ordinances. We also do not ship airguns to San Francisco, Chicago, Morton Grove (IL), or Philadelphia. Persons in New Jersey need a permit for air guns. Persons in Michigan need a permit for any pellet air gun. We cannot ship CO2 to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. If you order from any of the areas above, it will be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse any order.)
